About the Role

MCG Talent is seeking a Business Development Manager Legal (Banking focused) for a leading international law firm. This full-time role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and involves supporting the firm's Banking practice. The position requires an experienced professional to partner with senior stakeholders and drive market presence across Saudi Arabia and the wider Middle East.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead annual business plans, budgets, campaigns, and marketing initiatives for the Riyadh office and relevant practices.
• Manage high-value pitches and strategic bids, covering approach, team formation, content, production, pricing processes, and post-pitch follow-up.
• Identify opportunities for cross-office collaboration and support regional growth initiatives.
• Build the firm's profile through targeted campaigns, PR support, directories, league tables, client events, seminars, and roundtables.
• Develop and support key client programmes, including client research, opportunity identification, feedback activity, and relationship development.
• Ensure client-facing materials, digital channels, credentials, CVs, and communications are accurate, consistent, and brand compliant.
• Track win/loss performance and marketing activity, translating insights into practical improvements.
• Promote efficient ways of working and encourage effective use of CRM and experience-management systems.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of experience in business development within legal or professional services.
• Experience working directly with senior stakeholders and clients.

Required Skills

• Strong project-management capability, with confidence managing multiple competing priorities.
• Commercial judgment and the ability to identify and develop business opportunities.
• Excellent writing, editing, presentation, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Strong working knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Work Environment

This role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and involves working within an international law firm environment, supporting its Banking practice. The position requires close collaboration with senior stakeholders.
