About the Role

NTU International is seeking a Campaign Specialist to join a pool of qualified Non-Key Experts for an upcoming project. This part-time role, based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, will contribute to the "Communication outreach and engagement on EU policies in North Africa, the Middle East and the Gulf" initiative. The specialist will be mobilized on a short-term, on-demand basis throughout the 36-month project implementation period.

Project Context and Objective

The primary objective of this assignment is to provide strategic, technical, and logistical communication support to DG MENA. This involves assisting in the planning, development, and implementation of its day-to-day communication activities. The ultimate goal is to strengthen the visibility, outreach, and impact of the European Union's policies, initiatives, and partnerships across the Middle East, North Africa, and the Gulf region.

Key Responsibilities

• Designing and implementing integrated multi-channel communication campaigns.
• Developing campaign concepts, messaging frameworks, and communication plans.
• Coordinating campaign activities across digital, social media, press, and offline communication channels.
• Identifying target audiences and recommending effective outreach and engagement strategies.
• Supporting the production of communication materials and campaign content.
• Monitoring campaign performance and preparing analytical reports and recommendations.
• Coordinating with communication teams, creative agencies, media partners, and external stakeholders.
• Ensuring campaign activities are aligned with DG MENA's communication objectives and EU visibility guidelines.

Qualifications and Experience

• A degree (or equivalent) in marketing, communication, or advertising.
• A minimum of 5 years of general experience in communication or marketing.
• At least 3 years of specific experience in designing and implementing multi-channel campaigns.
• Experience with EU-funded or public-sector campaigns is considered an asset.

Work Arrangement

This is a part-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires flexibility for short-term, on-demand mobilization as part of a pool of experts supporting the project over its 36-month duration.
