Card Product Project Manager

About the Role

Auxo Talent is seeking an experienced Card Product Project Manager to join a leading financial institution in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This contract role focuses on managing end-to-end product delivery within the cards and payments sector, requiring close collaboration with various stakeholders.

Role Overview

The ideal candidate will possess strong experience in Cards, Payments, Product Launch, and Project Management. This position involves leading strategic initiatives and product enhancements, ensuring successful implementation and operational readiness within a dynamic financial services environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product launches, enhancements, and strategic initiatives.
• Manage project plans, timelines, milestones, risks, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with Product, Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Marketing teams.
• Drive go-to-market activities and ensure successful product launches.
• Manage stakeholder communication, project reporting, and executive updates.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and operational readiness.

Qualifications and Experience

• 10–15 years of experience in Banking, Cards, Payments, or Financial Services.
• Strong project management experience within the financial services and payments industry.
• Good understanding of retail banking products, card issuance, and digital banking.
• Proven experience in product launches and cross-functional project delivery.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA preferred.
