The Role of Engineering Supervisor

Almarai is seeking an Engineering Supervisor to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves leading a multi-skilled team to deliver essential engineering and maintenance services. The supervisor ensures that all process engineering operations meet internal customer and management performance requirements, while also upholding defined safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage a self-directing multi-skilled team.
• Provide comprehensive engineering and maintenance services.
• Ensure all process engineering operations and services meet internal customer requirements.
• Verify that operations align with management performance requirements.
• Guarantee that all operational activities adhere to defined safety and quality standards.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Automation.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar engineering supervisory role within a large process industry.

Required Technical Knowledge

• Proficient knowledge of the operation and maintenance of advanced and automated meat process equipment.
• Solid understanding of the operation and maintenance of various utility equipment, including systems for Steam, Refrigeration, Air, Water, Electrical Distribution, Gear motors, and Vacuum Pumps.
