The Role of a Category Manager, Noon Business

As a Category Manager for Noon Business in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, you will be responsible for driving the growth and performance of key product categories. This full-time position involves shaping assortment strategy, managing supplier partnerships, and optimizing pricing and selection. This role presents a significant opportunity to contribute to the foundational development of a new B2B marketplace, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver value for business customers and accelerate category expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and build the initial product assortment for launch.
• Onboard and negotiate terms with key sellers.
• Structure pricing models, quotation frameworks, and margin ladders.
• Acquire and manage anchor B2B customers.
• Provide real market insights to inform product development and operations.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 5-8 years of experience in category management or business development.
• Willingness to spend time actively engaging in the market.
• Comfortable operating effectively in environments with minimal predefined structure and high performance expectations.
