About the Role

Amazon Saudi Arabia is seeking a Channel Team Lead, Hub Delivery to join their team in Riyadh. This is a full-time leadership position responsible for overseeing and guiding a team of Account Development Executives (ADEs) within the Hub Delivery program.

Role Overview

The Channel Team Lead will combine field execution with strategic vision to ensure that ADEs achieve activation and performance targets while maintaining Amazon's high delivery standards. This role involves coaching, problem-solving, and driving results to enable team success in a dynamic, goal-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and guide a team of Account Development Executives (ADEs).
• Ensure ADEs successfully onboard local retail partners into Amazon's Hub Delivery program.
• Manage the ongoing performance of local retail partners within the program.
• Drive the team to achieve activation and performance targets.
• Maintain Amazon's high delivery standards across all operations.
• Act as a coach and mentor to team members.
• Solve operational challenges and implement effective solutions.
• Drive results and foster a high-performance culture within the team.
