Supported by entities such as Sanabil Investments, Elm, Artal Capital, and Alrajhi Partners, FlyAkeed leverages technology to enhance travel solutions. We are seeking a Client Onboarding Associate to join our team in Riyadh for a full-time position, ideal for candidates with 0-1 years of experience.

Role Overview

The Client Onboarding Associate is responsible for overseeing the customer onboarding journey from the point of contract signing through to Go Live. This role ensures a seamless implementation experience for clients by coordinating activities with both customers and internal teams, tracking progress, and ensuring all requirements are met efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end customer onboarding process up to Go Live.
• Lead onboarding and project kickoff meetings with customers.
• Understand customer requirements and coordinate implementation with internal teams.
• Track onboarding progress and ensure milestones and deadlines are met.
• Manage multiple customer onboarding projects simultaneously while prioritizing tasks effectively.
• Build strong relationships with customers and provide timely support throughout the onboarding journey.
• Monitor, follow up, and ensure all onboarding tasks are completed on schedule.
• Maintain accurate onboarding records and provide regular status updates.
• Identify opportunities to improve onboarding processes and enhance the customer experience.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of professional experience.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects and coordinate activities.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer interaction.

The Operations Team

This role is an integral part of FlyAkeed's Operations team, which is crucial for ensuring seamless travel booking, fulfillment, and overall customer satisfaction. The team manages reservations, travel requests, and operational processes through our proprietary platform, contributing directly to the company's mission of transforming corporate travel management.

Location and Work Type

This is a full-time position based in our Riyadh office. The role requires active engagement within a dynamic team environment focused on delivering exceptional service.
