Role Overview

ITP Media Group is seeking a Commercial Manager ITP Saudi to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is responsible for driving revenue growth through the development and management of client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering tailored commercial solutions across ITP Media Group’s diverse platforms and offerings. The Commercial Manager will work closely with internal teams and clients to develop effective campaigns and ensure strong commercial results.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, develop, and maintain a new client base.
• Drive new revenue by creating relationships with new partners.
• Pitch strategic multi-channel solutions to a wide variety of partners.
• Utilize features, topics, events, and products to increase and diversify opportunities for new partners.
• Create high-quality presentations to support the sales process.
• Deliver ongoing client service and comprehensive post-campaign reports.
• Exceed revenue targets through professional pitching and presenting.
• Collaborate with the Commercial Director to ensure client briefs are met and all executions reflect overall brand standards and strategy.
• Monitor industry trends and leverage professional contacts, events, and social media networks to identify market opportunities.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• At least four years of experience in media sales, including digital, print, social, and events.
• Educated to degree level or possessing demonstrable expert industry experience.
• Proven ability as a new business developer with a results-oriented mindset.
• Strong understanding of all media formats and platforms within the brand stable.
• An existing design sector network within Saudi Arabia, the GCC, and globally is preferred.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Superb organizational skills.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
• Desire and skills to exceed new business development KPIs.

Work Environment and Expectations

This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. It requires flexibility and a professional approach at all times, including managing ad-hoc projects and attending events outside standard working hours when necessary. Occasional travel may be required.
