About the Role

MIS - Al Moammar Information Systems Co. is seeking a Communication & Network Engineer for a full-time position in Riyadh. This role involves managing and maintaining the organization's enterprise communication and network infrastructure, ensuring its performance, availability, and security.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the organization's enterprise communication and network infrastructure.
• Design, implement, configure, and support Cisco-based network environments.
• Monitor network performance, availability, and security to ensure reliable operations.
• Troubleshoot network, communication, and connectivity issues across enterprise environments.
• Coordinate with telecom service providers for SIM activation, replacement, troubleshooting, and inventory management.
• Plan, coordinate, and deliver communication and network infrastructure projects.
• Manage network security and ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry best practices.
• Prepare technical documentation, operational reports, and project updates.
• Manage vendor relationships and collaborate with internal IT teams and business stakeholders.
• Provide technical support, guidance, and knowledge sharing across the organization.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• 5 to 10 years of experience in network engineering, communication systems, or telecommunications.
• CCNP certification is mandatory.
• Strong expertise in Cisco Routing & Switching and enterprise networking.
• Experience with LAN/WAN, VPN, Wireless Networks, and Network Security.
• Hands-on experience managing enterprise telecom services and SIM card lifecycle.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure and/or AWS networking services.
• Experience with network monitoring and management tools.
• Experience with Cisco DNA Center, Cisco ISE, or similar enterprise networking solutions is an advantage.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and project coordination skills.
• Experience working with telecom operators and technology vendors is highly preferred.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic is preferred.
