Construction Manager Fitout (Landscape and Swimming pool)

About the Role

UCC Holding is seeking a Construction Manager - Fit-Out (Landscape & Swimming Pool) to lead a luxury hospitality project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role requires an individual with an architectural background and extensive experience in managing high-end fit-out, landscape, and swimming pool works for luxury hotel or resort developments.

Role Context

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the complete delivery cycle of fit-out, landscape, and swimming pool construction activities, from execution through to handover. This involves ensuring adherence to the highest standards of quality, safety, and project timelines, working with a Tier 1 contractor.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all construction activities related to fit-out, landscape, and swimming pool packages from execution to handover.
• Oversee site operations, subcontractors, and specialist trades to ensure delivery meets quality and safety standards.
• Drive construction progress in alignment with project schedules, budgets, and client expectations.
• Coordinate architectural, structural, MEP, landscape, and pool packages for seamless project delivery.
• Review construction methodologies, shop drawings, material submittals, and installation sequences.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, contractual obligations, and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) requirements.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and senior project stakeholders to resolve technical and operational matters.
• Lead testing, commissioning, snagging, and final handover activities.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Architectural background is required.
• Proven experience managing high-end fit-out, landscape, and swimming pool works.
• Experience with luxury hotel or resort developments is essential.
• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in a similar construction management role.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver world-class hospitality projects, luxury finishes, and complex external works to international standards.
• Experience working with a Tier 1 contractor is preferred.
