About the Role

Parsons Corporation is seeking a Construction Manager to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is for a Saudi National and involves working on a significant giga project. The role focuses on leading all on-site construction activities to ensure project delivery meets safety, schedule, budget, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Develop and manage construction execution plans, resource requirements, and critical project milestones.
Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and construction teams to maximize productivity and project performance.
Act as the primary point of contact for client representatives and key project stakeholders on all construction-related matters.
Monitor progress, identify risks and constraints, and implement corrective actions to maintain project objectives.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates must be a Saudi National.
A minimum of 10 years of experience in construction management is required.
