The Corporate Travel Consultant Role

The Corporate Travel Consultant will be responsible for coordinating comprehensive travel arrangements and managing itineraries for corporate clients. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless travel experiences through tailored solutions and efficient collaboration with clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage all aspects of corporate travel arrangements.
• Make reservations for flights, hotels, and other transportation services.
• Develop and offer tailored travel solutions to meet specific client requirements.
• Ensure seamless and efficient travel experiences for corporate clients.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the travel planning and execution process.
• Collaborate closely with clients to understand and fulfill their travel needs efficiently.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 4+ years of experience in Corporate Travel Management.
• Strong expertise in handling flight and hotel reservations.
• Mandatory expert-level proficiency in the Amadeus system.
• Proven experience in managing VIP and high-profile bookings.
• Solid knowledge of various transportation services, including car rentals, transfers, and chauffeur arrangements.

The ideal candidate will possess a professional, well-organized, and customer-focused mindset. Applicants must currently be based in Saudi Arabia, hold a transferable Iqama, and be available to join immediately.
