The Role of Credit Control Supervisor

CDHorizon Saudi Arabia is seeking a Credit Control Supervisor to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is central to managing the company's financial health by overseeing all credit control and accounts receivable activities. The supervisor will ensure timely collections, minimize credit risk, and maintain a healthy cash flow for the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate customers' creditworthiness and establish appropriate credit limits and payment terms.
• Issue invoices, monitor outstanding payments, and prepare aging reports for overdue accounts.
• Contact delinquent customers, negotiate payment arrangements, and escalate overdue accounts when necessary.
• Build and maintain customer relationships, resolve payment disputes, and send payment reminders.
• Prepare regular internal reports on outstanding accounts, aging analysis, and collection progress.
• Ensure credit control activities comply with company policies and applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
• Apply customer payments accurately and reconcile customer accounts with invoices and bank statements.
• Work closely with Sales and Finance teams to resolve credit issues and improve internal processes.
• Perform any other duties or responsibilities as assigned by the Line Manager.

Required Experience and Skills

Candidates for the Credit Control Supervisor position must possess a strong background in financial management and credit operations. A minimum of 10 years of experience in credit control or accounts receivable management is required. The role demands a professional with proven ability to assess customer creditworthiness, manage outstanding accounts, and effectively implement collection strategies. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential for maintaining customer relationships and resolving payment disputes.
