The Role of Customer Care Officer

Majid Al Futtaim is seeking a dedicated Customer Care Officer to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is central to ensuring exceptional customer service and managing day-to-day operations related to customer care. The Officer will be responsible for addressing customer queries and maintaining a high standard of service quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and support to customers as needed.
• Address and resolve basic customer complaints efficiently.
• Assist customers with exchanges and refunds when applicable, following established procedures.
• Adhere to all company guidelines and procedures to consistently deliver impeccable service.
• Engage in professional development opportunities to enhance leadership and technical skills relevant to the role.
• Comply with MAF Retail’s Human Capital and corporate policies, as well as all relevant procedures and instructions.

Qualifications and Experience
