The Role: Customer Care Officer

Carrefour Saudi Arabia (Majid Al Futtaim) is seeking a dedicated Customer Care Officer to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position is integral to maintaining high standards of customer service and satisfaction within a call center environment. The role involves managing day-to-day customer interactions and ensuring efficient resolution of inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and support to customers as required.
• Address and resolve basic customer complaints effectively.
• Assist customers with product exchanges and refunds when applicable.
• Adhere to established guidelines and procedures to ensure consistent and high-quality service.
• Comply with MAF Retail’s Human Capital and corporate policies, relevant procedures, and instructions.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of experience in a customer service or related role.
