Join Baraka for Real Estate Development & Investment Co. as an Executive SecretaryWe are seeking a dedicated and professional Executive Secretary to provide high-level administrative and secretarial support to our senior management team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring effective coordination of our daily operations and communication.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and maintain executives’ schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare, draft, and review correspondence, reports, and official documents.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes.
- Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of management.
- Maintain organized filing systems (both electronic and physical).
- Prepare presentations, reports, and other management documents.
- Follow up on pending tasks, deadlines, and commitments.
- Liaise with clients, partners, and external stakeholders as required.
- Support in general office administration and special assignments.
Qualifications & Skills:- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience as an Executive Secretary or in a similar role.
- Strong communication skills in English and Arabic (written and verbal).
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- High level of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
