IBM is seeking a Data and AI Architect to join its Consulting team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves working with leading companies across various industries, guiding them through their hybrid cloud and AI transformation journeys. Core Responsibilities of a Solution Architect

As a Solution Architect focusing on Cognitive Computing, the primary responsibilities include designing and implementing cognitive solutions across multiple platforms and software packages. This involves creating technical solution architectures for business problems and leading the development, integration, and testing phases. Key responsibilities are:

• Designing cognitive solutions by creating technical solution architectures for business problems, applying system engineering principles, cloud architectures, and probabilistic and stochastic systems.
• Leading the development, integration, and testing of cognitive solutions, ensuring performance architecture and engineering for fully functional cognitive systems.
• Selecting complementary analytics components for developing solution blueprints, considering content formats, representations, data sources, content management systems, and interfaces.

Solution Design and System Engineering

Further specific tasks within the role involve comprehensive solution blueprint development and advanced system engineering:

• Developing solution blueprints that account for the full information path, from source to knowledge base and from input to content processing within Cognitive Computing solutions.
• Engineering cognitive systems by applying system decomposition techniques and system synthesis, utilizing available cognitive technology, including the Watson technology suite.

Required Experience

Candidates for this full-time Data and AI Architect position are expected to have between 5 to 10 years of experience in solution architecture, cognitive computing, data, and artificial intelligence. This experience should include designing and implementing complex solutions on multiple platforms.

Location

This role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will contribute to IBM's client engagements in the region.
