يمام للاستثمار is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role is designed for a professional with 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing, ready to contribute to the company's real estate portfolio.

Role Overview

The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for the comprehensive management and optimization of digital marketing campaigns. This position involves tracking performance, coordinating with sales teams to enhance lead conversion, and supporting various marketing initiatives within the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities

Execute and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram).
Optimize campaign performance with a focus on improving key metrics and reducing cost per lead (CPL).
Utilize CRM systems to effectively track leads, manage follow-ups, and monitor the customer journey.
Coordinate closely with sales teams to enhance lead conversion rates and improve overall pipeline efficiency.
Monitor campaign performance using analytical tools such as Google Analytics 4, and prepare detailed reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
Provide support for project launches and various marketing activities across the company's real estate portfolio.

Candidate Requirements

A minimum of 2 to 5 years of professional experience in digital marketing.
Proven experience in managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Proficiency in using CRM systems for lead management and customer journey tracking.
Familiarity with performance monitoring tools, including Google Analytics 4.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with sales teams to achieve shared objectives.
Availability to join the team within 30 days or less.

Work Setting
