The Role of Digital Product Manager

Maven Insights is seeking a Digital Product Manager to join the Intelligent Automation and Digitization team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on delivering high-impact consulting, strategy, business excellence, and analytics projects to clients across MENA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Property Technology (PropTech) and demonstrated experience in developing, launching, and managing digital products within the real estate ecosystem. The position requires 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute product strategy through market research, competitive analysis, and innovation, with a focus on PropTech and real estate digital solutions.
• Evaluate and reconfigure existing offerings to meet changing customer and market needs.
• Lead the full product lifecycle, from concept and development to launch and ongoing optimization.
• Develop business cases, pricing models, and go-to-market strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Drive the enhancement of PropTech solutions, including real estate platforms, property management solutions, real estate marketplaces, tenant and owner digital services, smart property solutions, or other technology-enabled real estate offerings.
• Monitor product performance using KPIs and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
• Mentor team members and support capability building, performance, and engagement.
• Lead product delivery as Product Owner, actively participate in Agile delivery ceremonies, and guide the development team in product and sprint backlog.
• Build digital product development and management frameworks/methodologies leveraging best practices aligned with client specificities.
• Train and guide junior product managers within the team.

Candidate Profile

Candidates should possess a strong background in Property Technology (PropTech) and demonstrated experience in developing, launching, and managing digital products within the real estate ecosystem. A minimum of 5-10 years of experience is required for this role.
