Role Overview

Maven Insights is seeking a Digital Product Manager to join the Intelligent Automation and Digitization team in Riyadh. This full-time role focuses on delivering consulting, strategy, business excellence, and analytics projects to clients across MENA. The position requires a strong background in Property Technology (PropTech) and demonstrated experience in developing, launching, and managing digital products within the real estate ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Define and execute product strategy through market research, competitive analysis, and innovation, with a focus on PropTech and real estate digital solutions.
Evaluate and reconfigure existing offerings to meet changing customer and market needs.
Lead the full product lifecycle, from concept and development to launch and ongoing optimization.
Develop business cases, pricing models, and go-to-market strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Drive the enhancement of PropTech solutions, including real estate platforms, property management solutions, real estate marketplaces, tenant and owner digital services, and smart property solutions.
Monitor product performance using KPIs and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Lead product delivery as Product Owner, actively participate in Agile delivery ceremonies, and guide the development team in product and sprint backlog.
Build digital product development and management frameworks/methodologies leveraging best practices aligned with client requirements.
Mentor team members and support capability building, performance, and engagement, including training junior product managers.
