Qiddiya Investment Company is a Saudi holding and development entity leading major investments across entertainment, sports, and culture. The company is focused on the development of Qiddiya City and its associated destination assets, with a strategic emphasis on creating places and experiences that deliver long-term value. This role is integral to shaping complex, large-scale real estate assets through disciplined asset stewardship and operational readiness within Riyadh Province.

The Role: Director - City Asset Management

As Director - City Asset Management, you will play a key role in preparing, managing, and optimizing social assets across City Operations. This full-time position, based in Riyadh, is focused on protecting long-term asset value while supporting high service standards, operational effectiveness, and commercial performance across a broad and diverse portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead portfolio-level management of social assets to ensure readiness, service quality, lifecycle performance, commercialization, optimization, and long-term value realization across City Operations.
  • Drive asset lifecycle planning and portfolio performance management across all city assets.
  • Oversee service quality management and handover readiness to support overall operational success.
  • Translate operational needs into stage gate requirements and readiness inputs for asset development and deployment.
  • Coordinate effectively across various stakeholders, including operators, Facilities Management (FM) providers, and other City Operations functions, to align asset management priorities.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in real estate development, finance, asset management, economics, or a closely related field.
  • A minimum of 12 years of experience leading asset management across large-scale city or infrastructure portfolios.

Required Skills and Competencies

  • Demonstrated commercial awareness across key areas such as leasing, partnerships, service charge management, cost recovery, and value optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with asset lifecycle planning, service quality management, handover readiness processes, and portfolio performance management.
  • Ability to translate complex operational needs into clear stage gate requirements and readiness inputs.
  • Proven experience coordinating and collaborating with diverse groups, including operators, FM providers, and various City Operations functions.
