About the Role

JS Talent Hub is seeking a Director Talent Acquisition for a market-leading organization in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time senior leadership position involves leading the talent acquisition strategy and recruitment agenda. The role focuses on building high-quality talent pipelines, partnering with executive stakeholders, and strengthening the organization’s approach to attracting and hiring talent.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the talent acquisition strategy in alignment with business and growth objectives.
• Partner with C-suite, executive leadership, and senior business stakeholders on workforce planning and critical hiring requirements.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment for senior, specialist, and high-volume positions, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.
• Build effective talent pipelines through direct sourcing, market mapping, executive search, networking, and strategic talent partnerships.
• Drive continuous improvement across recruitment processes, employer branding, recruitment technology, analytics, and candidate engagement.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for a candidate with over 10 years of proven experience in leading strategic and end-to-end talent acquisition across multiple functions and levels. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of partnering with C-suite and senior leadership on critical hiring and workforce requirements.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven experience leading strategic and end-to-end talent acquisition across multiple functions and levels.
• Strong track record of partnering with C-suite and senior leadership on critical hiring and workforce requirements.
• Strong understanding of the Saudi Arabian talent market, with established networks and knowledge of local recruitment practices.
• A commercially minded, data-driven, and credible TA leader with the ability to build teams, influence stakeholders, and deliver high-quality talent at pace.
