Esnad Contracting is seeking an ERP Master Data Specialist to join its Procurement Department in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is crucial for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of material master data within the company's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. The role is designed for a detail-oriented professional with a focus on data quality and operational efficiency.

Role Purpose and Impact

The ERP Master Data Specialist ensures the reliability and consistency of material information across the organization. This position is responsible for upholding high standards of master data quality, which is fundamental for streamlined procurement processes, accurate inventory management, and effective cross-departmental coordination. The specialist's work directly supports data-driven decision-making and overall operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and update material master data and material codes within the ERP system.
• Review and process requests for new material codes, actively preventing duplicate records.
• Ensure that material descriptions, classifications, and units of measure (UOM) comply with established company standards.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Warehouse, Engineering, and other relevant departments to maintain accurate material data.
• Maintain high-quality master data and ensure data integrity within the ERP system.
• Generate reports and provide support for material data analysis as required.
• Assist in the continuous improvement of material coding standards and data management processes.

Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Material Coding, Master Data Management, Procurement, Inventory Control, or working with ERP systems.
• Demonstrated experience using ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in data entry and management.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple data sets and processes efficiently.
