EY Tax GCR Senior Manager

About the Role

EY is seeking a Senior Manager to join the MENA Tax - Global Compliance & Reporting (GCR) team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves leading complex engagements and contributing to the growth of the GCR practice. The position requires 5-10 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team in providing tax services, combining strong technical skills with practical commercial, legislative, and industry knowledge.
• Manage clients’ compliance and reporting needs.
• Establish, maintain, and strengthen internal and external relationships, ensuring high-quality service delivery to clients.
• Manage client engagements daily, monitoring progress and deliverables, implementing standardized processes, identifying and escalating risks, and driving performance-improvement solutions.
• Supervise high-performing teams, fostering a positive learning culture, and coaching junior team members for development.
• Ensure adherence to Tax Quality guidelines.
