About the F&B Service Expert Role

Marriott Hotels & Resorts is seeking an F&B Service Expert to join the team in Riyadh. This full-time role focuses on creating memorable dining experiences for guests beyond just serving food and beverages. The F&B Service Expert takes initiative to deliver a range of services, ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their meal.

Key Responsibilities

• Setting tables and preparing dining areas for guests.
• Communicating effectively with the kitchen staff regarding orders and guest requests.
• Interacting with and serving guests, making transactions feel like part of the overall experience.
• Cleaning work areas and maintaining supplies to ensure a professional environment.
• Creating a safe workplace and adhering to all company policies and procedures.
• Upholding quality standards in service and presentation.
• Ensuring professional uniform, personal appearance, and communication at all times.
• Standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods, including moving over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces.
• Reading and visually verifying information, such as menu details.
• Moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance, and up to 50 pounds with assistance.
• Reaching overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping as required for job duties.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Education: High school diploma or *** equivalent.
• Experience: Less than 1 year of related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience required.
• License or Certification: None required.
