Key Responsibilities

• Set up and break down event materials and equipment efficiently.
• Transport necessary supplies to and from event locations.
• Accurately take guest orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Engage with guests in a professional and courteous manner.
• Process transactions smoothly, integrating them into the overall guest experience.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of experience in a service-oriented role, preferably within the hospitality or events sector.
• Ability to uphold company quality standards consistently.

• Demonstrated professionalism in uniform, personal appearance, and communication.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements

This role operates in a dynamic event environment, requiring a hands-on approach. F&B Service Experts must be capable of standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods.
