This full-time position is ideal for individuals with 0-1 year of experience who are committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences. Role Overview

As an F&B Service Expert, you will play a crucial role in ensuring guests enjoy their meals and overall dining experience. This involves taking initiative and providing a comprehensive range of services that extend beyond basic food delivery, aiming to build lasting positive impressions through attentive service and a focus on guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Setting and preparing tables for guest service.
• Communicating effectively with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Interacting directly with guests to take orders, serve food and beverages, and address their needs.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of work areas and service supplies.

Physical Requirements

The F&B Service Expert position involves physical activity. Candidates must be able to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods, and navigate sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces. The role requires the ability to read and visually verify information, including menus. Physical tasks include moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance, and up to 50 pounds with assistance. This also involves reaching overhead and below the knees, bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping as needed to perform job duties effectively.
