About the F&B Service Expert Role

Four Points by Sheraton in Riyadh is seeking a dedicated F&B Service Expert to join our team. This full-time role is centered on creating memorable and unique dining experiences for our guests, with food and beverages playing a central part. The F&B Service Expert is expected to be proactive in delivering a wide range of services to ensure guests thoroughly enjoy their meals. This position is suitable for candidates with 0-1 year of experience in a relevant service environment.

Core Responsibilities

The primary responsibilities of the F&B Service Expert include:

• Setting tables in accordance with established service standards.
• Communicating effectively and efficiently with the kitchen team.
• Interacting with and serving guests in a professional and courteous manner.
• Maintaining cleanliness of work areas and all service supplies.
• Ensuring that all guest transactions contribute positively to the overall dining experience.

Physical Demands of the Role

The F&B Service Expert position involves various physical activities, including:

• Standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods.
• Moving across sloping, uneven, or potentially slippery surfaces.
• Reading and visually verifying menu information and other service details.
• Moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance, and up to 50 pounds with assistance.
• Reaching overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping as required.
• Performing other reasonable job duties as requested by management.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or *** equivalent.
• 0-1 year of experience in food and beverage service is required.
