About the Role

Coty Inc. is seeking a dedicated Field Sales Manager to join the Saudi Sales Team in Riyadh. This full-time role is central to developing Coty's business across retail stores and duty-paid stores within the Central Region. The manager will be responsible for overseeing daily sell-out operations and leading a team of Beauty Advisors.

Key Objectives and Business Development

The primary objective of this role is to significantly increase Coty's sell-out performance and achieve market share targets. The Field Sales Manager will execute local deployment strategies and plans to ensure sales goals are consistently met. This involves taking full responsibility for store fundamentals and fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Core Sales Responsibilities

  • Drive increased sales performance for Coty's sell-out.
  • Execute strategies and plans aligned with local deployment to meet sales and market share targets.
  • Achieve monthly sell-out and market share objectives.
  • Manage store fundamentals, including visibility, product availability, ordering, aging stock management, and inventory rotation.
  • Build and maintain strong business relationships with store managers and staff.

Team Leadership and Management

  • Lead and manage a team of Beauty Advisors across retail and duty-paid stores.
  • Coach, train, motivate, and support Beauty Advisors to maximize their output.
  • Share passion for the beauty market and Coty brands with customers and the Beauty Advisor team.
  • Track individual performance of each Beauty Advisor constructively.
  • Ensure the Beauty Advisor team fulfills their key responsibilities and achieves their targets.

Required Experience

Candidates for this position should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in sales management, preferably within the retail or beauty industry. This experience should include a proven track record in achieving sales targets and leading a team.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves working as part of the Saudi Sales Team, focusing on the Central Region's retail and duty-paid channels.
