The Role of Financial Planning & Control Manager

Riyadh Holding Company is seeking a Financial Planning & Control Manager to oversee the company’s financial reporting, accounting control, and financial planning activities. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and is critical for ensuring compliance with IFRS and applicable regulations, strengthening financial controls, and supporting strategic decision-making through financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the preparation and review of periodic and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS and applicable regulations.
• Review accounting treatments for complex transactions to ensure appropriate recognition, measurement, presentation, and disclosure.
• Monitor new and amended IFRS requirements and assess their impact on financial reporting.
• Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes, including general ledger reviews, reconciliations, accruals, and adjustments.
• Maintain effective financial controls and ensure compliance with approved accounting policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors, ensuring timely resolution of audit findings and accounting issues.
• Prepare financial analysis and management reports covering profitability, cash flows, operating expenses, and key financial performance indicators.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support management decision-making and strategic planning.

Required Experience

Candidates for this role should possess between 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in financial planning, control, and reporting.
