About the Role

Jobs for Humanity is seeking a Fitness Instructor (Male & Female) to support members in achieving their fitness and wellness goals. This full-time role requires 2-5 years of experience and is based in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of exercise techniques and enjoy working with people in a customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

Guide members through safe and effective workouts.
Conduct fitness assessments and recommend suitable exercise programs.
Demonstrate correct exercise techniques and equipment usage.
Motivate and support members to achieve their fitness goals.
Monitor members’ progress and provide regular guidance.
Ensure the fitness area and equipment are clean and safe.
Conduct group fitness sessions when required.
Follow health, safety, and facility guidelines.

Qualifications and Requirements

2-5 years of experience in a fitness instruction role.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive, energetic, and customer-focused attitude.
Knowledge of basic fitness, nutrition, and safety practices.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
