About the Role

Nova Water is seeking a Fleet Maintenance Supervisor to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves overseeing daily fleet maintenance operations for commercial trucks, focusing on both preventive and corrective activities to ensure optimal vehicle availability and minimize operational downtime.

Role Overview

The Fleet Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for managing the maintenance of commercial trucks, ensuring cost efficiency, enforcing safety standards, and coordinating effectively with external service providers and internal teams. The objective is to maintain high fleet availability while controlling maintenance expenses.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day fleet maintenance activities, including scheduled preventive maintenance and emergency repairs for commercial trucks.
Optimize vehicle availability and reduce downtime through effective scheduling, rapid troubleshooting, and proactive maintenance planning.
Monitor overall maintenance expenses, track repair budgets, and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality or safety.
Coordinate with external workshops, original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), third-party suppliers, and service providers.
Enforce strict compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and internal maintenance procedures.
Track fleet maintenance Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), such as mean time between failures, downtime, and cost per kilometer, and prepare detailed performance reports for leadership.

Qualifications and Experience

2-5 years of experience in fleet maintenance supervision or a related field.
Demonstrated ability to manage daily maintenance operations for commercial trucks.
Experience in optimizing vehicle availability and reducing downtime.
Proficiency in managing maintenance budgets and implementing cost-saving measures.
Familiarity with safety regulations and environmental standards in fleet operations.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, within a dynamic environment focused on maintaining operational efficiency for a commercial fleet.
