Food and Beverage Supervisor

About the Role

Hilton is seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves overseeing daily banquet operations and ensuring memorable guest experiences within the hotel's Food and Beverage outlets. The position requires 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Interact with guests in a friendly manner and proactively enhance their experience.
• Plan, organize, and execute various events, including breakfasts, coffee breaks, luncheons, dinners, cocktail receptions, and galas.
• Oversee the setup of function rooms, ensuring all items such as linens, silverware, glassware, and chinaware meet event specifications and quality standards.
• Communicate event details, procedures, and updates to relevant Food and Beverage teams.
• Ensure proper breakdown of function rooms and correct storage of equipment after events.
• Manage the Food and Beverage team, including scheduling, supervision, coaching, and recognition.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations to ensure guest and team member wellbeing.
