Fund/Treasury Operation

About the Role

Keeta is seeking a Fund/Treasury Operation professional to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves comprehensive treasury management, including account administration, payment processing, system and process optimization, and ensuring strict compliance with internal and external regulations. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage account opening, amendment, and closure processes for various accounts (bank, securities, third-party payment accounts) independently and efficiently.
• Resolve KYC/compliance issues and manage global accounts to ensure normal status, periodic cleanup of redundant accounts, and improved utilization.
• Oversee cross-border transaction settlement and resolve settlement issues across multiple countries.
• Optimize payment routing to maximize efficiency while ensuring fund security, maintaining awareness of and compliance with AML, sanctions, and other regulatory requirements.
• Actively explore and implement diversified settlement solutions, ensuring all treasury operations strictly comply with applicable local regulations.
• Identify and assess manual process risks, proactively engaging with product and engineering teams to define requirements and drive implementation for system solutions.
• Continuously optimize payment and account management workflows, and establish and refine standardized overseas treasury operating procedures.
• Ensure all information and materials provided externally strictly comply with internal management requirements and applicable local regulations.
• Establish robust internal control measures and effective segregation of duties to mitigate operational and fraud risks.
• Ensure timely completion of month-end close and audit work.
• Establish and maintain good working relationships with banks, securities companies, and financial regulators to ensure treasury management related work is completed accurately and timely.
• Collaborate closely with domestic teams and complete other tasks assigned on an ad hoc basis.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of experience in fund or treasury operations.
• High risk-awareness with the ability to balance fund security, operational efficiency, and cost management.
• Ability to collaborate across time zones, adapt to frequent travel requirements, and handle urgent or unexpected business situations.
• Fast learner, willing to take on challenges, and resilient under pressure.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, requiring collaboration with both local and international teams. The role may involve frequent travel and the need to adapt to varying time zones.
