About the Role

Think is seeking a Generalist Software Engineer to join their team in Riyadh. This is a full-time position for engineers who prefer to own problems across various layers of a system rather than specializing in a single area. The role involves moving between the serving path, control plane, tooling, and hardware interface, focusing on areas where work is most impactful each quarter.

Key Responsibilities

• Taking a problem from an ambiguous state to a shipped solution, determining the appropriate layer for resolution.
• Moving across the stack, including services, interfaces, data paths, and underlying systems.
• Building tooling designed to streamline workflows for other team members.
• Reading unfamiliar code efficiently and implementing changes safely.
• Taking ownership of shipped products, including responding to alerts.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in software engineering. The role requires a strong technical background and the ability to adapt to different areas of the software stack.
