Key Responsibilities

The Guest Environment Expert is responsible for ensuring hotel spaces contribute to a positive guest experience. Key duties include:

• Handling guest requests promptly and efficiently.
• Restocking cleaning carts to ensure supplies are readily available.
• Cleaning guest rooms and common areas to established standards.
• Attending to other responsibilities as needed to support hotel operations.
