The Role of a Hotel Cleanliness Expert

We are seeking a Hotel Cleanliness Expert to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position is central to upholding the appearance and cleanliness across the entire hotel. Guest Environment Experts are empowered to manage their workspace and execute necessary tasks to ensure all areas meet our quality standards and contribute to an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver guest requests promptly and efficiently.
Stock carts with necessary supplies for daily operations.
Clean guest rooms and public spaces throughout the hotel.
Ensure all hotel spaces are maintained to contribute to a positive guest experience.

Required Qualifications and Attributes

Candidates should possess 0-1 year of relevant experience. Success in this role requires adherence to professional standards and company guidelines. Critical attributes include:

Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding guest and company information.

Physical Demands

This role requires a hands-on approach and involves significant physical activity. Hotel Cleanliness Experts will be expected to be on their feet and moving for extended periods, which includes standing, sitting, or walking. The ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance is also required.
