Role Overview

Career Maker Bahrain is recruiting for a Head of Content for a leading real-estate development firm. This full-time position is based in Riyadh and involves overseeing comprehensive content strategy and execution. The firm, listed on Tadawul, specializes in master-planned lifestyle communities across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, aligning with Vision 2030, and also develops luxury residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects globally, emphasizing innovative design, sustainability, and superior craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that supports brand positioning in both Saudi and global markets.
• Lead a cross-functional content team, including writers, designers, videographers, and agencies, to produce high-quality digital, print, and multimedia assets.
• Oversee the creation of compelling storytelling for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects, ensuring consistency across all channels (website, social media, newsletters, brochures, Investor Relations materials).
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, Project Development, and Investor Relations to align content with business objectives and campaign calendars.
• Set editorial standards, brand voice guidelines, and quality control processes; conduct regular audits to maintain brand integrity.
• Manage the content production budget, negotiate contracts with external agencies, and track ROI on content initiatives.
• Leverage data analytics and SEO insights to optimize content performance, increase audience engagement, and drive qualified leads.
• Champion innovative content formats, such as AR/VR experiences, virtual tours, and interactive infographics, to showcase luxury developments.
• Ensure all content complies with local regulations, corporate governance, and sustainability messaging.
• Mentor and develop junior content staff, fostering a culture of creativity, continuous learning, and collaboration.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a proven ability to craft compelling narratives for high-end real-estate projects. This role requires strong leadership and team-management capabilities, with a track record of building high-performing creative teams. A deep understanding of digital content trends, SEO, and analytics tools is essential, along with excellent project-management skills to handle multiple initiatives under tight deadlines. Demonstrated experience leading content teams and managing external agency relationships is also required.

Required Experience and Qualifications

• 5-10 years of relevant professional experience in content leadership.
• A portfolio showcasing successful multi-channel campaigns, multimedia storytelling, and measurable business impact.
• Familiarity with the Saudi Arabian market and Vision 2030 initiatives is a strong advantage.
• Experience with international luxury branding and an understanding of global consumer expectations is a plus.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh. The role involves working within a dynamic real estate development environment, collaborating with various internal departments and external agencies.
