Overview of the Role

eMagine Solutions is managing a confidential search for a Head of Talent Acquisition to join a Saudi-headquartered global organisation. Based in Riyadh, this full-time leadership position requires over 10 years of experience. The organisation is undergoing rapid scaling and plays a central role in the Kingdom's growth story, aligning with Vision 2030, Saudisation goals, and national investment momentum, including PIF-backed transformation. The successful candidate will be responsible for building a world-class Talent Acquisition function capable of delivering fast, structured, and credible hiring outcomes at a leadership level.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and implement the Talent Acquisition strategy, ensuring alignment with business growth, localisation goals, and workforce planning.
• Lead and develop a high-performing Talent Acquisition team, setting standards, coaching capabilities, and driving accountability.
• Partner with senior leaders to define optimal role clarity, assessment, selection, and effective hiring decisions.
• Establish structured yet non-bureaucratic hiring processes that prioritise quality and speed.
• Enhance employer brand and candidate experience within the competitive KSA market.
• Effectively manage agencies and partners through clear Service Level Agreements (SLAs), performance expectations, and Return on Investment (ROI).
• Utilise market intelligence and data to advise leaders on talent availability, salary trends, timelines, and potential risks.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Proven experience leading Talent Acquisition and managing a Talent Acquisition team.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence, challenge, and align senior leaders.
• A delivery mindset focused on outcomes rather than just activity.

Preferred Skills and Attributes

• Experience across both agency and in-house Talent Acquisition.
• KSA/GCC exposure and a strong understanding of Saudisation/localisation hiring.
• Comfort with metrics such as time-to-hire, quality-of-hire, funnel conversion, source performance, and forecasting.

Compensation and Work Type

This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The compensation offered for this role is SAR 75,000 – 82,000 per month.
