Role Overview and Objectives

The Hospitality Supervisor is responsible for ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and a safe environment across assigned facilities. This full-time role involves direct supervision of housekeeping staff, ensuring compliance with company policies, and delivering high-quality housekeeping services that consistently meet both organizational and client expectations. The supervisor plays a key role in upholding the company's commitment to service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise housekeeping staff to ensure daily cleaning tasks are completed to established quality standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities to verify cleanliness, hygiene, and adherence to safety protocols.
• Effectively allocate tasks, schedules, and resources to meet operational requirements.
• Train and guide housekeeping staff on proper cleaning procedures, safety standards, and equipment use.
• Monitor the inventory of cleaning supplies and initiate replenishment requests as needed.
• Promptly address and resolve housekeeping-related issues, complaints, or service gaps.
• Ensure full compliance with occupational health and safety standards and company housekeeping policies.
• Coordinate with other departments to support special events, deep cleaning initiatives, or emergency needs.
• Maintain accurate records of staff attendance, cleaning schedules, and inspection reports.
• Identify opportunities for service improvement and recommend enhancements for efficiency.
• Prepare periodic performance reports for management review.
• Ensure team efforts align with the organization's strategic goals, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
• Perform any additional duties or tasks assigned by the direct supervisor to support departmental and organizational objectives.

Required Experience and Qualifications

Candidates for this position should possess 3-5 years of relevant experience in hospitality supervision or a similar role within facility management.
