alfanar Group is seeking an HR Business Partner Specialist to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role is essential for supporting employee development and ensuring HR processes align with organizational policies and legal requirements.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to support various employee lifecycle processes, including career development, performance management, and mobility. The specialist will ensure that all HR records are accurate and that operations comply with established organizational policies and legal mandates.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and administer career self-assessment tools, analyzing results to identify employee development needs and career interests.
Support the definition, documentation, and communication of career paths that are aligned with specific roles, competencies, and skill requirements.
Process local and international assignment and transfer requests in accordance with company policies and guidelines.
Coordinate with business stakeholders to validate movement requirements and maintain accurate employee records.

Demonstrate strong HR proficiency in all aspects of the role.
Ensure effective and timely delivery of HR services and support.
Apply problem-solving skills to address HR-related challenges.
Maintain high quality in all HR processes and documentation.
Contribute to business process improvements within the HR function.

Adhere to Health, Safety, and Environment standards.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this position should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in an HR role, preferably with a focus on business partnering or employee development.
