About the Role

Imploy is seeking an experienced HSE Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position requires 5-10 years of relevant experience and is central to leading the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the organization's Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) programs.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to ensure compliance with Saudi regulations and international HSE standards. The successful candidate will be instrumental in fostering a strong safety culture across all operational sites. We are looking for a proactive leader with extensive experience in occupational health and safety, risk management, regulatory compliance, and environmental sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the organization's Health, Safety, and Environmental policies, procedures, and management systems.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws, environmental regulations, and international HSE standards.
• Conduct workplace inspections, safety audits, and risk assessments across all operational sites.
• Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses to identify root causes and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Develop emergency response plans and coordinate emergency preparedness drills.
• Deliver HSE training programs and promote employee awareness of health and safety best practices.
• Monitor HSE performance through KPIs, inspections, and compliance reports.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and HR teams to integrate HSE requirements into daily activities.
• Ensure contractors and subcontractors comply with company HSE policies and project safety requirements.
• Maintain HSE documentation, permits, incident records, and regulatory reports.
• Identify opportunities to improve workplace safety, environmental performance, and operational compliance.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and employee engagement in health and safety initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in a Health, Safety, and Environmental management role.
• Demonstrated experience in occupational health and safety, risk management, regulatory compliance, and environmental sustainability.
• Proven ability to lead and implement HSE programs effectively.
• Strong understanding of Saudi labor laws, environmental regulations, and international HSE standards.

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
