About Circlys App and the Role

Circlys App is a pioneering fintech company based in Riyadh, revolutionizing traditional monthly financial committees (ROSCA or Jameya) through an innovative, authorized, and secure platform. With a user base of over 3 million and more than SAR 8 billion in savings facilitated, Circlys is a market leader driven by innovation and operational excellence. We are seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join our full-time team, supporting and executing core HR functions across the employee lifecycle.

Role Overview

The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for managing key HR areas including recruitment, onboarding, payroll support, HR operations, employee relations, and HR compliance. This role ensures adherence to Saudi labor laws and regulatory requirements while contributing to strategic HR initiatives such as job evaluation, grading, salary benchmarking, and process improvement. The ideal candidate will possess 2-5 years of relevant experience, combining strong operational HR expertise with a proactive approach to enhancing employee experience and organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job description preparation, candidate coordination, interviewing, offers, and onboarding.
  • Administer employee onboarding, documentation, and HR records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Support payroll preparation, compensation administration, and employee benefits processes.
  • Handle employee relations matters, resolve workplace concerns, and support conflict resolution initiatives.
  • Prepare HR reports, metrics, and analyses using Microsoft Excel and HR systems.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve HR processes and operational efficiency using technical tools and streamlining processes.
  • Support with standardization efforts by designing appropriate workflows for digital requests.

Compliance and Strategic Contributions

  • Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and relevant regulatory requirements, maintaining up-to-date HR policies and practices.
  • Manage HR transactions through government platforms such as Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, and other relevant systems.
  • Support HR audits by maintaining compliant employee records and preparing required documentation.
  • Assist in ERP implementation, configuration, and ongoing HR system enhancements.
  • Participate in strategic HR activities, including salary benchmarking, job grading, job classification, and organizational structure updates.
  • Support performance management, policy development, and other HR initiatives as assigned.

Qualifications and Experience

  • 2-5 years of experience in a Human Resources Generalist or similar role.
  • Demonstrated understanding and application of Saudi Labor Law and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency in managing HR transactions on government platforms (Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad).
  • Strong operational HR expertise and a proactive approach to enhancing employee experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with HR systems.
