About the Role

Centriq Company is seeking an HVAC Technician to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position involves installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and possess strong technical skills to ensure optimal system performance and customer satisfaction.

Role Overview

The HVAC Technician will be responsible for the complete lifecycle of air quality systems, from initial installation through ongoing maintenance and emergency repairs. This role requires a focus on customer satisfaction, safety, and comfort, guiding clients in selecting appropriate air quality systems to meet their specific needs.

Key Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair ventilation, air conditioning systems, and associated equipment.
Identify potential maintenance risks on equipment to prevent future issues.
Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults within HVAC systems accurately.
Perform cleaning, adjustments, and repairs on systems, including warranty services.
Execute emergency repairs promptly and efficiently to minimize downtime.
Provide technical guidance and on-the-job training to junior staff.
Maintain daily logs and comprehensive records of all maintenance functions.
Ensure strict compliance with appliance standards and the Occupational Health and Safety Act.
Adhere to service standards, work instructions, and customer requirements consistently.

Qualifications and Experience

0-1 year of experience in HVAC system installation, maintenance, or repair.
Demonstrated ability to clean, adjust, and repair HVAC systems effectively.
Strong commitment to customer satisfaction, safety, and comfort.

Required Skills

Excellent organizational skills.
Proficient troubleshooting abilities for electrical and mechanical faults.
Patience and attention to detail.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh. The role involves working directly with clients and ensuring their air quality systems are installed and maintained to the highest standards.
