About the Role

Afaq - Warehouse Branch - J02 is seeking a motivated and experienced Inbound Supply Chain Manager to join its Supply Chain team in Riyadh. This full-time position requires 5-10 years of relevant experience and is crucial for optimizing Afaq's supply chain operations within Saudi Arabia.

Role Context and Impact

The Inbound Supply Chain Manager will contribute to enhancing Afaq's capabilities in KSA by analyzing and resolving increasingly complex supply chain challenges. This role involves close collaboration with Operations, Transportation, and Store teams to improve customer experience and streamline inventory management in a dynamic and growing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan weekly Inbound Forecasts for the KSA fulfillment center network.
• Collaborate with Retail, fulfillment operations, and FC Operations on Inbound Planning, Sales and Operations Planning, and Placement strategies.
• Develop comprehensive understanding and technical proficiency in all relevant Supply Chain tools.
• Conduct complex analyses, create models, and generate reports to inform strategic decisions and support operational implementations across the region.
• Standardize methodologies and insights, developing tools to manage the growing complexity of the KSA Supply Chain.
• Lead regional projects and oversee the implementation of Inbound Supply Chain initiatives to enhance performance and execution.

Required Qualifications

• Proven ability to analyze data, identify root causes, and implement long-term solutions.
• Strong analytical capabilities for solving complex supply chain problems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present documentation to senior executives.
• Demonstrated capacity to prioritize effectively and consistently deliver results.
• Experience in aligning project roadmaps with strategic business objectives.
