Intermediate Engineer (Saudi National)

About the Role

Parsons is seeking an Intermediate Engineer who is a Saudi National to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves working within a new Project Management Office (PMO) focused on major highways and infrastructure projects within the KSA Capital, Riyadh City.

Key Responsibilities

• Review the scope of engineering work, schedules, and budgets for assigned project elements, monitoring progress to maintain these schedules and budgets.
• Identify and document changes in scope.
• Assist in determining the scope of procurement work, schedules, and budgets for assigned projects, monitoring progress to maintain procurements.
• Assist in bid analysis to help determine supplier availability and capability.
• Coordinate with personnel from all technical support groups within the Company and from third parties.
• Assist the assigned Project Manager in planning, directing, supervising, and controlling the execution of technical, fiscal, and administrative functions of the project or study.
• Ensure client criteria and scope are met.
• Participate regularly in decision-making meetings with the client, design consultant, and contractors.
• Monitor compliance with applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards, and specifications.
• Cooperate and communicate effectively with the Project Manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support.

Required Experience

• Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in engineering roles.
