About Derayah Financial and the Role

Derayah Financial is seeking an International Stock Broker/Senior to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience in the financial sector. The role focuses on managing client investment transactions across diverse markets while upholding regulatory compliance.

Role Overview

The primary purpose of this role is to execute and manage clients’ investment transactions across both local and international markets. The International Stock Broker/Senior ensures strict compliance with Capital Market Authority (CMA) regulations and provides comprehensive brokerage services aimed at enhancing client portfolios and strengthening client relationships.

Core Responsibilities

• Execute buy, sell, and amend deals for various financial products, including shares, bonds, and derivatives, utilizing established networks, systems, and foreign institutions. All transactions must adhere to Derayah policies and CMA regulations.
• Provide essential brokerage services, which include quoting transactions, processing deals, facilitating cash transfers, and coordinating with foreign institutions regarding client restrictions and corporate actions.
• Support the brokerage desk by providing coverage for other dealers, tracking pending orders and transfers, and executing tasks that align with the company’s strategic interests.

Client Engagement and Market Awareness

• Respond to customer inquiries, provide updates on client portfolios, issue trading statements, and follow up on requests originating from other internal units.
• Maintain current knowledge of financial news, market drivers, and the latest financial legislation to inform and support trading and investment decisions.
• Assist clients with Know Your Customer (KYC) updates and ensure ongoing compliance with all investment and regulatory requirements.
• Cultivate and strengthen client relationships through professional presentations, participation in networking events, and consistent communication.

Required Experience

Candidates for this position should possess 0-1 years of relevant experience in the financial services industry, ideally within a brokerage or investment management context.
