About the Role

HanmiGlobal MENA is seeking a dedicated Land Surveyor to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves performing accurate field measurements, boundary assessments, and topographic mapping essential for various engineering and construction projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills and a deep understanding of surveying principles to contribute effectively to project success.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct land, topographic, and construction surveys utilizing GPS, total stations, and other precision equipment.
• Interpret and analyze survey data to produce accurate maps, site layouts, and comprehensive reports.
• Establish control points, boundaries, and benchmarks in strict accordance with project specifications.
• Collaborate closely with engineers, architects, and project managers to integrate survey results into design plans.
• Ensure all survey work adheres to legal standards, project requirements, and health & safety regulations.
• Maintain and calibrate survey equipment regularly to guarantee accuracy and reliability.
• Prepare detailed technical documentation, including drawings, records, and reports.
• Monitor ongoing construction activities to verify alignment with design layouts and specified elevations.
• Resolve any discrepancies identified between design data and actual field conditions.
• Supervise junior survey staff and coordinate survey tasks efficiently on-site.

Required Skills and Expertise

Candidates for this position must demonstrate strong technical skills in surveying and possess a deep understanding of fundamental surveying principles. The role requires proficiency in operating various precision surveying equipment and the ability to accurately interpret complex data.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in land surveying or a related field.
• Proven ability to perform accurate field measurements and topographic mapping.

Work Environment and Collaboration

This role requires effective on-site work and close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, including design and construction professionals. The Land Surveyor will also be responsible for supervising junior survey staff and coordinating tasks to ensure efficient project execution.
