About the Role

Saudi Pan Kingdom Company - SAPAC is seeking a Landscape Construction Manager to oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of landscape features within road and infrastructure projects in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role requires a deep understanding of landscaping practices, construction processes, and environmental sustainability.

Role Overview

The Landscape Construction Manager will ensure that all landscaping activities align with project design specifications, budget, and timelines. The position involves managing the landscaping scope from planning through to completion, maintaining high standards of quality and compliance with safety, environmental, and design specifications.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the landscaping scope of roads and infrastructure projects from planning through to completion.
Ensure high standards of quality and compliance with safety, environmental, and design specifications.
Conduct site surveys to assess soil conditions, existing vegetation, and drainage systems.
Ensure the feasibility and sustainability of landscape designs.

Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of 10 years of experience in landscape construction and management.
Demonstrated understanding of landscaping practices and construction processes.
Knowledge of environmental sustainability principles relevant to landscape projects.

Work Setting

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, focusing on road and infrastructure projects. The role requires on-site presence and active management of landscaping activities.
