The Role of Laser Welding Technician

We are seeking a Laser Welding Technician to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time, on-site position. The technician will be responsible for operating and maintaining laser welding equipment to fabricate and assemble components for pool safety products, fountains, and waterfalls. The role primarily involves working with stainless steel and acrylic fiber materials to meet specific technical and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare materials for laser welding processes.
Set up and adjust welding parameters according to technical specifications.
Perform precision laser welds on stainless steel and acrylic fiber components.
Inspect finished parts to ensure quality and adherence to technical drawings and specifications.
Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
Collaborate with production and quality assurance teams.
Adhere to all safety procedures and company standards.
Assist with basic equipment troubleshooting and routine maintenance.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of welding processes.

Qualifications and Experience

Experience: 0-1 years in a relevant technical role.
Ability to operate and maintain laser welding equipment.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings.
Understanding of quality control principles for welded components.
Commitment to following safety protocols and company guidelines.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves working within a professional manufacturing environment focused on precision and quality in the production of safety products.
